What qualifications do we hold?
Our founder and managing director Beth Hawker has a BA Hons Degree in Makeup for Media and Performance. She is also a trained nail technician. Rowena Christie is currently a makeup apprentice at The Beauty Umbrella.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
We don’t currently ship outside of the UK via our website. For a custom quote please e-mail info@thebeautyumbrella.com.
Can I return an item?
All items have to be returned within 14 days and must be unused in original packaging. Buyer pays return postage. For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to withhold the refund if the products have been used. For more details please see our terms and conditions clause 9.
